Lucky for you, free shipping is included with the price of every Bondy Box sent within the lower 48 states! Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada additional. Please contact us about freight costs to other countries.
Do you ship outside of the Continental US?
Yes, but due to customs and potential international shipping delays, delivery dates are out of our control. Please check with us about shipments sent outside the Continental US and let us work some magic whenever possible.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final once a Bondy Box is shipped. Besides, who sends back a cool gift?

Can I change a box from what you offer online?
Sure! We happy to tweak any of our gift boxes to create the perfect box for your needs. Please check with customer service. Nothing makes them happier than when you ask them to get creative!
Can I order just one Bondy Box?
Yes. We’re happy to ship one,10,000 or anything in between!
Can I order one Bondy Box and send it to multiple addresses?
Yes! We make it easy with a simple spread sheet you can upload and we’ll ship to your team wherever they power up their lap top.
Can you guarantee the “arrive by” date?
Unfortunately, due to variables with 3rd party shipper that are out of our control, we cannot. We can guarantee a “ship by” date that your boxes will leave our fulfillment center, provided you give us the correct ship to address in a timely fashion. We prefer you upload them when you place your order, if possible. Additionally, we do provide the tracking number for all of your items, so you can monitor the expected delivery dates.
Can I include a personalized note card?
We got you! A note card can be included in every box at NO ADDITONAL CHARGE! Simple enter the copy you want included on the card at time of checkout
I want everyone to open their box at the same time?
We got you- again! A “DON’T OPEN UNTIL” date sticker can be put on your box AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Just let us know the date at time of check out. We can’t control if you have a “peeker” who doesn’t follow directions, however!
What occasions can I use Bondy Boxes for?

Do the contents on themed Bondy boxes ever vary from what is shown on the website?
We do, rarely, need to substitute with similar items due to supply issues or to meet a shipping date requirement. Rest assured, the items are of equal value and very similar to those shown.
